Home Value Information
You should Know What the Home Values are Within Your Subdivision.
You want an accurate picture of what your home is worth. Ask questions:
1. What style is my home? Is it a colonial, rambler, split level, split foyer, spanish sytle, tudor?
2. How many bedrooms, bathrooms? Is your basement finished? Do you know the approximate
square footage? This will give a more accurate picture of the homes value. Also, what subdivision
do you reside? Homes are usually compared with other recent home sales within the subdivision
and usually if that is not possible, the homes within a 2 mile radius of your home is considered.
